1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions govern the booking and provision of private boat excursions offered by Méditerranée Evasion.
By booking an excursion through mediterraneeevasion.com or a partner site, the client fully accepts these terms and conditions.


2. Booking and Payment

  • Bookings can be made directly on the website or via partners such as Bokun.
  • Payment is made online via a secure system (e.g., Stripe).
  • A booking confirmation is sent by email after payment.

3. Cancellation by the Client

  • Free cancellation is possible up to 7 days before the scheduled date.
  • If canceled within this period: full refund or possibility to reschedule the booking.
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the excursion are non-refundable, except in the exceptional cases mentioned below.

4. Weather Conditions

  • Safety at sea is a priority. If weather conditions are deemed dangerous by the captain, the excursion may be canceled or postponed.
  • A priority rescheduling will be offered to the client.
  • If no alternative date is possible, a full refund will be issued.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

In case of:

  • Technical breakdown
  • Administrative decisions (maritime restrictions, prohibited zones, etc.)
  • Any event beyond the control of Méditerranée Evasion

The client will be offered:

  • A priority reschedule
  • Or a full refund if no alternative date is available.

6. Liability

  • The client must follow safety instructions provided by the crew.
  • Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
  • Méditerranée Evasion cannot be held responsible for accidents resulting from client negligence or failure to follow safety instructions.

7. Changes to the Service

  • Méditerranée Evasion reserves the right to modify the itinerary or schedule for safety or operational reasons.
  • Any changes will be communicated to the client as soon as possible.

8. Personal Data

Data collected for booking purposes is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy GDPR.
Clients have the right to access, correct, and delete their personal data in accordance with applicable law.


9. Disputes

  • These terms and conditions are governed by French law.
  • In case of dispute, the client and Méditerranée Evasion will seek an amicable solution before taking legal action.
  • If unsuccessful, the competent court will be the one in the jurisdiction of Méditerranée Evasion’s registered office.
